Post Visa and Future guidance

Post-Visa Support and Future Planning Assistance
The outcome of your visa interview may result in either an Approval or Rejection. Upon approval, the Visa Officer will retain your passport, and you can retrieve it the following day, stamped with the visa, from the OFC Office. However, in the event of a rejection, the officer may issue Form 214b, a standard letter indicating a potential immigrant status.
In the unfortunate case of a rejection, it’s essential not to lose hope or engage in arguments with the office. Accept the decision gracefully and depart the consulate. Your conduct thereafter might influence their decision during any future interview attempts.
We would guide you to the following steps
- Upon Visa approval and receiving the copy, we make sure to submit to the respective university to get them informed of your arrival.
- Paying the Semester fee or registration fee assistance can be provided
- We guide you for the Registration of Orientation and Classes
- Checking with the existing students on providing temporary accommodation to you or any University dome accommodation based on availability.
If you’re embarking on a journey to study abroad, ensure you have all necessary requirements readily available. Being resourceful will improve your time management and expedite your progress through the educational visa process.
